Clearview Minor Hockey Semi-AGM for the 2021/22 season will be held on Wednesday January 19th, 2022 at 7:00pm. Location TBD pending COVID restrictions.  Further details pertaining to the meeting will be shared closer to the date. 

In order to receive the $500 tournament fee reimbursement provided by Clearview Minor Hockey Executive you must complete a Cheque Request Form and submit to the President and/or Vice President for approval in order to receive reimbursement.  ...
