Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the membership for Clearview Minor Hockey is confirmed.
Date: Thursday, April 18th.
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Stayner Community Centre Hall - 269 Regina Street, Stayner ON
Attendance of the AGM is
mandatory. Each family is required to have a member and/or representative present or there will be a
$50 charge added to your registration for next season.
This charge is added to your players HCR account and will impact registration with CMH as well as other OMHA associations. Attendance is tracked through sign in at the door.
The current Clearview Minor Hockey Executive (excluding the members on the first year of their two year term) will step down from their positions at the AGM.
Nominations and votes will take place for next years executive meeting.
Positions available for nomination are:
* Secretary/Communications
* Treasurer
* Fundraising Director
* Head Coach
* Head Trainer
* Player Development
* Head Manager
* Bond Hour Coordinator
* Referee-in-chief
* Tournament Convenor
Nominations can be made by:
1. Signing notices that will be posted at the Stayner and Creemore arenas.
2. Emailing nominations to Christa Duits ([email protected])
3. Nominating parties on the floor at the AGM. Nominated member must be present.
An agenda will be in place for the AGM and only items on the agenda will be addressed.

Proposed changes to the Clearview Minor Hockey Constitution will be voted on by attending members at the AGM. Any proposed amendment by a member (family, player etc) must be in writing, signing by a member in good standing and received by the secretary 30 days prior to the AGM.
