NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the membership for Clearview Minor
Hockey is confirmed.
Date: Wednesday, April 29th.
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Stayner Community Centre Hall - 269 Regina Street, Stayner ON
Attendance of the AGM is mandatory. Each family is required to have a member and/or
representative present or there will be a $50 charge added to your registration for next season.
This charge is added to your players HCR account and will impact registration with CMH as
well as other OMHA associations.
Attendance is tracked through sign in at the door.
The current Clearview Minor Hockey Executive (excluding the members on the first year of their
two year term) will step down from their positions at the AGM.
Nominations and votes will take place for next years executive meeting.
Positions available for nomination are:
- President (2 year term)
- Treasurer (2 year term)
- Registrar (2 year term)
- Secretary/Communications
- Fundraising Director
- Head Coach
- Head Trainer
- Player Development
- Head Manager
- Bond Hour Coordinator
- Referee-in-chief
- Tournament Convenor
- Equipment Manager
- IP Director
At the heart of every Executive role is a shared commitment to supporting the enjoyment, development, and success of hockey for our players.
If you enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to contribute your time and skills, we encourage you to consider nominating someone—or even yourself. While some roles benefit from specific experience, many skills can be learned, and support is always available.
Clearview Minor Hockey is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve on the Executive for the upcoming 2026–2027 season. These roles are essential to the success of our organization. Without committed individuals stepping into these positions, our programming will be impacted—affecting players and families across our community.
We encourage all members to get involved, stay informed, ask questions, and participate in shaping the future of Clearview Minor Hockey.

- Emailing nominations to [email protected]
- Nominating parties on the floor at the AGM. Nominated member must be present.
An agenda will be in place for the AGM and only items on the agenda will be addressed. If you
have an item that you would like to discuss please email details to
[email protected] no later than 6:00pm on April 15th, 2026.
