TRYOUT PROCESS FOR 2026/2027:

OHF’s new player movement policy allows all interested players the opportunity to register for tryouts with Clearview Minor Hockey regardless of your home address.

There will be no cuts made prior to end of tryouts. Skaters are entitled to attend all 3. Offers of Acceptance can be distributed as early as the end of the first tryout.

All offers will have a requirement to respond within 24 hours by email to the Coach of the team as well as the Clearview Minor Hockey Secretary ([email protected])

We do ask that, if selected prior to the completion of all 3 tryouts that this information is kept confidential.

If you accept your offer, you will be forwarded a private registration link. Completing the registration confirms you are accepting your position on the team.

After you accept a team offer, OMHA will not permit you to accept an offer from another team for the same season.

FEES FOR 2026/2027:

Fees: Above fees are based on local league fees. CMHA Rep Teams require additional rep fees upon team selection (see below)

Rep Fees: $200 per player. Payable to the treasurer prior to the beginning of the season.

Fundraising : Tickets for our $1000 monthly draw will be available for sale at the start of the 2025/27 season.

Try-out Fee: $100.00. Payable by Credit card at time of tryout registration. Please note: Tryout fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Late Fee: $50.00 applied to any outstanding registration payment balance after September 15/2026.

Missed AGM Fee: $50.00 fee for non-attendance of AGM Meeting. Please note that this fee will be added to this year’s registration fees for those families that do not attend April 2026 AGM meeting.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis so it is important to register as soon as possible. If a category limit is reached, registrants may be placed on a waiting list pending CMHA's review of registration numbers in each category.

**BOND HOURS for the 2026/2027 Season: Details TBD.

Jr. Canucks program for 2026/2027 season will be a 10-week program starting in November 2026.

NOTE: All registration fees, Respect in Sport and Birth Certificate (if new to Clearview Minor Hockey) must be in order, as well as your 2025/2026 post-dated bond hour cheque received prior to ANY player being permitted on the ice. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. If you have any questions please contact the Registrar prior to your players first skate/try-out to avoid disappointment.

LOCAL LEAGUE REGISTRATION:

Registration for or Local League program will open Spring/Summer 2026. Stay tuned.
Whether you're lacing up your skates for the first time or returning for another season of fun, teamwork, and development, we welcome players of all skill levels. Space is limited in all divisions so don't delay.

NOTE: If you choose to e-transfer money, select ‘manual/E-Transfer’ in the payment method during the registration process. Once registration is completed, you will need to go to your bank website to complete the e-transfer.

Security Answer: Use the word 'hockey' as the password answer for the e-transfer.

NSF CHEQUES OR ANY RETURNED CHEQUES: You will be charged $30.00 on any returned cheque. Payment must be made in CASH/CERTIFIED CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER for the returned cheque plus the NSF charge and the balance owing on any other cheque etc. issued to CMH before the player is allowed on the ice. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
