Bottles are $15 each. Delivery is expected early November and payment to be made to your manager. Your choice between Straw Lid or Pro Lid. Personalized with your players last name and number. Deadline to order is Sunday, October 19th.

Each bottle ordered is $15 (tax included). Bottles will be delivered early November and distributed to team managers. I agree I will give my manager cash payment for bottles ordered when they arrive. Parents are responsible for confirming proper spelling and jersey numbers - this is the exact way it will be given to the product supplier.
