Head Coach applications for all CMH teams for the 2025-26 season are now open until March 31, 2025 ** Additional bench staff (trainers and/or assistant coaches) will be chosen at a later date. To ensure fairness and transparency in our application process, we kindly ask that if you are interested in being a head coach to any of our teams (U5, U7, U8, U9, U11, U13, U15, U18 and U21) within our Local League and Rep programs, please complete an application before the deadline. About Your Coaching

I hereby authorize Clearview Minor Hockey to conduct any investigation deemed necessary to verify my credentials, qualifications and character in order to meet their coaching requirements. Should I be selected, I further agree to abide by the Constitutions, Bylaws, and Policies of Clearview Minor Hockey. I agree to provide a volunteer criminal record check and I understand that I may be removed as a team official if the criminal record check is not satisfactorily completed and received in the office by October 1st of the current hockey season.
