Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the membership for Clearview Minor Hockey is confirmed.

Location: Stayner Community Centre Hall - 269 Regina Street, Stayner ON
Attendance of the AGM is mandatory. Each family is required to have a member and/or representative present or there will be a $50 charge added to your registration for next season.
This charge is added to your players HCR account and will impact registration with CMH as well as other OMHA associations.
Attendance is tracked through sign in at the door.
The current CMH Executive will step down from their positions at the AGM.
Nominations and votes will take place for next years executive.

Bond Hour Coordinator

While some roles benefit from specific experience, many skills can be learned, and support is always available.
Clearview Minor Hockey is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve on the Executive for the upcoming 2026–2027 season. These roles are essential to the success of our organization.
