Clearview Canucks Water Bottles are back!
Orders are now open for customized Clearview Minor Hockey water bottles - just $15 tax included.
Each bottle is personalized with your players last name, team and jersey number with your choice of a straw lid or pro lid.
* Please do not fill out this form if your team is doing a whole team order using sponsorship/fundraising money. Managers of teams will supply whole team information.
Delivery is expected early November.
Payment can be made to your manager upon delivery.
Deadline for order is Sunday, October 19th.
