Bond Cheques
Amount: $500
Payable to: Clearview Minor Hockey
Post-Dated: May 1, 2026
Bond cheques must be submitted
before your player’s first skate.

Fundraising Fee:
Families will receive 1 booklet of tickets ($150 total = 15 tickets at $10 each) for out monthly fundraising draw.
Cash and booklet exchange will take place directly with our fundraising team as soon as tickets are available. Families will then sell the 15 tickets to recoup their $150.
