Resuming Game Play in 2022!
Happy New Year Canucks Families,
We hope you have enjoyed the down time from hockey over the Holiday break and
are ready to come back to games relaxed and refreshed!
We understand there are many questions, concerns and uncertainties as once
again we are needing to pivot to address the evolving COVID19 pandemic and the
challenges it brings before us. Recently, many protocols and messages were
released through media and seem to be changing daily, we absolutely understand
the confusion that comes with all this information. Our CMH Executive is
continuing to monitor the pandemic and do our best to keep you updated and
informed the best we can. At this time practices and games, unless we hear
otherwise,
WILL
CONTINUE!
But we all need to continue to do our part and follow the rules set out by the Ontario Government, Clearview Township and local Health Unit.
- Players and Coaching staff must continue to use SportsHeadz to self-screen prior to any Clearview Canucks event. Spectators, please also continue to self-screen prior to arriving at the arena. If there are symptoms or you are not feeling well, stay home!
- Please follow the NEW protocols set out by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit if you have been identified as a close contact to a known COVID19 case OR what you need to do if you test positive on a COVID19 antigen rapid test. Please DO NOT ATTEND your scheduled game or practice until your isolation period is complete and/or you have remained symptom free for 24-hours.
- Please continue to connect with your Team Coaching Staff (Coach or Trainer or Manager) if you have any questions or concerns.
Check out the latest OMHA News bulletin released January 1, 2022.
Once again a big Thank You to everyone for your continued support and patience with these changes and challenges that come with playing hockey during a pandemic! Please continue to be respectful of the regulations and rules throughout the 2021/2022 season!
Stay healthy and positive!
All the best,
CMH Executive
