A reminder that we are using
SportsHeadz digital health screens are for players, coaching staff and volunteers ONLY!
When selecting players' practice make sure you have selected your player and are not completing this section for you - attendance and health screen!
On the
SportsHeadz website you will see a bar indicating "player roster" - the only categories filtered here are: Players, Staff and Guardian>
**Make sure you have your player selected in order to proceed with their attendance and health screen. (see picture below)

If you are using the
SportsHeadz App you will see circles with initials once you selected the practice.

Parents/Guardians/Spectators
We are not using the parent/guardian OR gu
est functions available on SportsHeadz -
DO NOT ENTER yourself or add a guest on SportsHeadz! Instead, if you are planning on entering the Arena, Clearview Township has a sign-in binder set up upon entry in which you are to enter your first/last name, date and time you are in the Arena and complete the self-screen (a list of questions is placed next to this sign-in binder) and come prepared to show COVID19 vaccination proof (mandatory for all spectators over 12 years old). Once you are finished checking in, proceed to the bleachers or lobby. Capacity limits are in place in both in the Arena (225 max) and in the lobby (25 max). Please be respectful to these capacity limits, especially when ice sessions are starting and ending. Please do not add yourself on SportsHeadz!

email Jodi and she will try to assist.
We thank you again for your continued patience and understanding as we transition back to “regular” hockey! Modifications may be necessary to protocols as regulations and/or policies change. We ask our Canucks families to remain flexible and positive as begin our 2021/2022 hockey season!
