Hockey gear is for on the ice, not in the car!
As COVID19 has changed many regular things about hockey, including how we arrive to hit the ice. For our parents/guardians with little Canucks getting to the rink can mean rushing to arrive on time, navigating a hockey bag and trying to get your player dressed in rain, wind, hail, snow and scorching hot temps all in the backseat of a car! We know it is tempting to suit up your player before arriving at the rink BUT hockey gear is designed to keep kids safe on the ice - not in a car!

Although dressing rooms are open, they are restricted to limited capacity to ensure safe distancing is maintained. Dress your player in base layers, shins and socks for the commute to the rink and allow for enough time to finish dressing outside the rink. Seats have been designated in the Arena lobby to for players who need help with skates, helmets, gloves and mouth guards! Players will not be allowed into the Arena until 15 minutes BEOFRE their scheduled ice time.
